The term "Final HSE Book" is a new one on me within the construction industry, are you refering to the health and safety file which is developed during the construction phase??

The principal contractor has to produce a construction phase health and safety plan outlining the key arrangements to ensure that the work is carried out safely. You should not allow work to start on site until there is an adequate plan. At the end of the project, the CDM coordinator will give you the health and safety file. The file is a record of useful health and safety information and will help you manage health and safety risks during any future maintenance, repair, construction work or demolition. The file needs to be kept safe, made available to anyone who needs to alter or maintain the building and updated if circumstances change

I understand that it is an end-of-project review. If os the following
parameters can be included

a) HSE Statistics for the Project (e.g.,.KPIs)

b) Site HSE activities / Work operation/review of Project HSE Plan

c) HSE records, including HSE Meetings action points &
Inspection Report.

d) Incidents, Analysis, Reporting and Follow-Up.

e) Customer complaints.

f) Customer feed backs including communication-expressing
dissatisfaction.

g) Non-conformance Reports (NCRs) & Responses.

h) Audit Report & CARs in internal & external audits

It is like a de-brief of HSE aspects at the end of project .

Is it correct?
