Hi Guys, What Health and safety percussions need to be followed by resident when they are calling pest controller to do the spray inside the house? please forward me practical guideline. Regards Saif

Hi Saif If the resident is using a licensed contractor then he will be using approved products which should pose no risk to the resident, as the majority of products are enclosed within traps therefore no risk of human consumption etc. He should also advise the resident of any precautions to take based on the manufacturers guidelines. It would depend on the pest control being used and what form it would take. some may use baited traps that would be not be accessible by children. But if you are looking at fumigation then you would need to know the product details before hand and refer to their website, i would have thought using a reputable contractor they would advice all precautions required before undertaking the work. or is there a more specific reason/issue for your question? Phil
