Hi Guys,
I have a team those are involved to clean windows. The heights of the villas are 7 meter and staffs are working 5 meter approximately. Currently they are using ladder and there will be one assistance holding ladder during the task. I want to stop using the ladder therefore please advise me the suitable solution. My intention is to handle the job from the ground level without using ladder. Please note that staff has to use running water to remove the heavy dust (sand) and then they have to wipe the windows. Please let me know if there are any equipments or tools available in the market which can be used from the ground level.

There are telescopic poles with brushes on the end available now and are regulrly used by window cleaning firms on offices.
Google 'Water fed pole systems' and you should find an alternative method.
If you don't need to use the ladder, AVOID it, in line with the W@H Hierarchy.
