I have been asked to put together a presentation on Contract Management and need a good case study to add into the presentation, can anyone point me in the right direction for the ideal case. Regards steve

Might I suggest you look at three cases. R v Associated Octel Ltd (1996) R v Mara (1986) R v Swan Hunter Shipbuilder and Telemeter Installations Read them, use a bit of lateral thinking and they should provide useful information for people to think about Rodger Ker

A fourth case to look at is: Viasystems v Thermal Transfer. This one shows how if it can go wrong, it will go wrong, and involve a lot of people who don't think they need to get involved in any contract management. Regards Rodger Ker
