Hey all,
I have my peer review soon. I was just wondering what information is required. I know its about me, training and career so far but is there anymore thats needed?
Tips would be greatly appreciated

Hi Neil; just been through my interview; I basically covered where I am now, how I got where I am, and where I would like to be in a couple of years time. I used about 8 slides and then expanded and covered the rest from my notes - I kept the slides succinct and to the point thus allowing expansion and discussion from my notes. I mentioned in my slides and discussion several of the points from the code of conduct - maybe this was why I was not questioned on this directly? Feel free to PM me if you want any further feedback. Hi Neil
I covered the points as shown on the example on the IOSH web site. I covered this in 7 slides and kept them short and sweet giving you the ability to fill the gaps in between. I covered how I got to where I am now, where I want to be, my biggest achievement, my qualifications and my current role and key responsibilities with the IOSH CofC mentioned for good measure.
I am now a very proud CMISOH so best of luck

Hi Neil, I also followed the IOSH example covered basically the same as Paul, included a couple of particular challenges and ended up successful. Dont forget you have only 15 minutes so make the key points clear. I know it sounds nerve racking but believe me they put you at ease, so just be yourselve.
Good luck
Malcolm
