Due to current tight schedule and the pressure from other departments, is it necessary to review the daily activity of a safety officer? If so can anybody can help me in making a written format, which maximum effective utilization of our time

start with the requirements of the job specification and list all that you do on top of that remembering that it is a legal requirement to have competent H&S support and its not a job where widgets are made so you cannot 'count' advice etc as you can widgets then you can get rid of your non legally required stafff first e.g. QA, marketing, sales, HR, production manager, admin officer etc - You get my drift?!
