18 of the 36 responses to the sticky on Lord Young have been from new users and none from super users. But of the 101 responses to Paul Duell's first post on the topic, only 13 have been from new users and many from super users

Super users don't like posting in stickies? I did notice the number of new posters in the sticky thread too. Maybe some of them just haven't felt strongly enough about anything on the forum before to register and get involved? A good thing surely.

Heather, good come back, I can't really beat your reply, so I will concede! But One Day maybe One day I might get a copy of the "Super Rules" too!

As a new user, I can confirm it was the publication of Lord Young's report which spurred me take a look at the forum and start posting.
