I am new to a company and i soon reaslised that the tade employee were using abrassive wheel equipment with out ever having any form of abrassive wheel training. I have seen arranged and the training and the majority of the operatives ahve attended the course. One issue that did become apparant in the training was the danagers of silica dust. I have downloaded HSE guidance, but i was just wounderingif anyone had a power point presentation i could use for a silica awreness course. Many Thanks

Don't forget it is possible to conduct a COSHH assessment on Silica dust!
