I attended a clinic appointment this morning and was surprised to see the Fire Risk Assessment, fire test and fire training records in an open display alongside the reception desk. Being nosey I couldn't resist a closer look and took the documents over to my seat and read through them. Not being picky, although I know I could be, it was good to see this approach and wonder if anyone else either does this in their workplace or has noticed it elsewhere? All test and training records appeared up to date and in my opinion this arrangement could lead to them staying up to date.
