Hi everyone
Just like to enquire about any possible health and safety positions in north east areas as it looks like i am going to be made redundant by my current employer.
Having got Grad IOSH status and awaiting IPD exam results for possible CMIOSH, i am now in process of starting to circulate my cv
Any advice with possible contacts, links, agencies etc would be very grateful
Thanks
R

I’m so sorry to hear about your position, it’s been a difficult period for so many people.
You can access all the major specialist H&S agencies via this website - good luck for the future!

Sympathy with the redundancy. I have been laid off twice in the last 18 months and I thought up until a week ago that my current position was hanging in the balance. We then secured a contract that we have been bidding for and I am one of only 2 out of 6 qualified and experienced to carry out the work - so I think I am safe for a little while.

However, at lunch time today I received a text from the misses which simply read 'I have been made redundant' she is also a safety professional.

Tough times.

TFCSM; I’m so sorry to hear about yet another redundancy situation.

I hope your other half finds another position asap.

Good Luck.
