Hi Has anyone come across useful IT systems or templates that allow easy use of pertinent information (maintenance schedules, testing regime's, emergency procedures) from building manuals/O&M/H&S Files? Thanks

There are a lot of people trying to sell web-hosted services of this type. I understand that windows-based software is available to allow anyone to do this for themselves. This short-cuts issues of third-party server integrity and commercial confidentiality. Speak to your IT people.
