The 2010 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction)(Amendment) Regulations are now in force. Unfortunately there is no link available at present so just cut and paste the line above and put it into your search engine to find the document.

Can I just point out these Regulations are for Eire (Southern Ireland) not the UK

Apologies, I should have made it clear, these regulations apply to the REPUBLIC OF IRELAND only.
