Dear all
I need evaluate the risks of DSE for my firm as part of a Level 6 assignment I'm struggling a bit on how to present this information. Do I do it like a normal RA or just break it down into sub headings??. hope that makes sense??
This is not for an individual DSE assessment but for the firm as a whole
any advice will be much appreciated

I think you'll want ot delve a bit deeper into issues like procurement policy and strategy (do the people sourcing IT kit and furniture understand the risks), Software applications functionality and useability, the knowledge and training of your workforce and the demographics of your workforce. There are of course the wider "risk management" issues to consider e.g. loss of data, sabotage, server infrastructure loss etc etc.

risks for the firm being things like -failure to DSE risk assess is a hazard and 'can get an improvement notice for the failure' is another hazard?
Use the MHSW template that U use for other areas & provided that it is suitable and sufficient things should work out OK
