Is my employer legally oblige to disclose employees non-work related sickness absence record to union safety representatives under regulation 7 safety representatives and safety committees regulation 1977

The advise already given is sound, don't disclose it. If you do you may well be liable to a claim for breach of confidence. I imaging the case if say one of your employees went off sick with a STD and you told anyone else aboput it, mega bucks payout would most probably result.
