Hi all, Would anyone be willing to share a template for carrying a machinery risk assessment whilst considering the requirements of PUWER? I am working on a project at the moment to improve how we comply with PUWER and would be happy to swap ideas/ templates ect. Cheers

Try a Google for "PUWER Checklist" and you'll probably be spoilt for choice!

British /EN standards have extensive standards and guides - also use PUWER itself

Hi, I've always found HSG129 very helpful, also it has a proforma risk assessment for machinery in the appendix. Its freely available at: http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/priced/hsg129.pdf regards Steve

Hello Anderson, To the best of my knowledge there are few tools available that will take into account both the supplier and user requirements. Take a look in your inbox. Tom
