What area is it for? If it is for a office type environment then you will find an example on the Fire Protection Agency website for free.

You may get examples from your local Fire Authority website - many have this facility available...........

Morning G, First of all, we would need to know what sort of environment you require the Fire Risk Assessment for and no offence intended, but just because you have a template to work from, this would not confer any extra competence on you. Even though I am Chair of the IOSH Ireland Fire Risk Management Section, I would always go for the safe option and hire a competent professional if I deemed that the exercise was outside my field of knowledge. I agree with Ciaran about being competent to carry out the assessment. If you want a template, Google - "Notts Fire Service Risk Assessment". Its a good form and guidance notes are comprehensive.
