Hi folks;
being a bit cheeky here; I've a new job starting in a couple of weeks - heavily dealing with shop refrigeration. Its been years since I dealt with fridge - does anyone have any pointers for me to read up ? Better still would be a set of generic risk assessments / safe systems of work I could have a plough through on the topic. Any help is greatly appreciated

Go look at the Institute of Refrigeration at www.ior.org.uk. They have lots of guidance etc, reasonably priced.
