Hi,

A question has been raised in relation to mast climbers that I am looking some help in answering. During the erection process of the mastclimber the platform is build and then used to construct the remaining parts of the mast climber to the required height of the client. Once the work has been completed then we are issued with a Test Certificate as required under Loler, however

* Should we have a test certificate of some type prior to this due to the fact that the platform is being used by the installers and if you think it should can you direct me to the section of the regulation that states this.

Many Thanks
