This is not strictly a H&S post, but I was looking for anyone who has experience of working in the Channel Island as a UK based company. I have heard that the Channel Islands have some very specific requirements. So questions I would like an answer to are regarding differences to UK employment law, H&S law, environmental law, as well as local working restriction and permits/ visas to be applied for. Stewart. I haven't worked in the other Channel Islands, but http://www.gov.je/Workin...lations/Pages/index.aspx will give you a flavour of what applies in Jersey. A parallel with HSWA supplemented by fewer regulations.
