Is it me? How about, don't end up strapped to a table with Auric Goldfinger at the controls of a laser?!!!!! A little more information and some context might help to answer the question, rather than a blank post!

Hi Phil! I mistakenly sent the post a while ago..apologize..& regarding this concern...I just would like to ask, what are the most common violations when a person is using a Laser pointer? Thanks in advance & appreciate any help..

There are many cases reported of these devices being used to 'dazzle' drivers and pilots of aircraft coming into land. In the work related context, I am not sure of what the 'common violations' are but suggest that they should only be used to point at the presentation screen and not used to point at people in the audience or generally waved around while activated. Try http://www.hse.gov.uk/ra...ion/nonionising/faqs.htm

I think 0.3 mW rings a bell somewhere, some of the cheap (er) oriental models output considerably higher. If memory serves me correctly class 111a is where you should be at. Hope it helps and keep music live
