Hi folks. I have confirmation of my peer interview coming up in July and already getting the nerves kicking in.

I have already tried and failed once and will be checking over my feedback forms, but think I need a bit of guidance and support.

I did not enjoy the last experience and felt so stressed afterwards and knew I had failed. I am normally a confident person but this experience really stressed me I can tell you. I could not drive immediately afterwards.
Yet I have been involved in major incident investigations and interviewed (or interogated) and felt better.

I have checked back previous topics for advice but really think I need a good kicking to clear my head.

Do IOSH do mentoring of this kind?
Can any of you kind people offer me the "silver bullet" to success?
I am with the NE Scotland branch if anyoine wants to contact direct. Open to all and any suggestions

Thanks

David

David

I would be happy to talk you through rather than ramble a long thread together, if you want a chat regarding the interview just PM your details

Simon
