Im looking for some help - to save me some time.

I recently joined a company and want to start identifying accident trends per department/business unit i.e. location, injury type, RIDDOR type, lost days, etc. I dont have the time to preparing an excel spreadsheet (im not that good with excel!) and was hoping a kind person may be able to send me a tried-and-tested spreadsheet that I can tweak to suit my own needs?

Also, im looking for a correcitve action log - I want to start recording these too and monitoring closure, trends, etc - does anyone have any suggestions or examples I could use - again excel spreadsheet would be great!?

I know im not asking for much - but why re-invent the wheel.
