Trees just getting some green on them, dogs being walked in the rain, magpies stealing loft insulation: same as any other day immediately after 31/3 from my office window.

My boss now wants a glass hammer, an ice hammer and a tap on the head to let the water out (gently of course).

Hi,

The HSE are still consulting on this (http://www.hse.gov.uk/consult/condocs/cd233.htm) , I think that you may have got the wrong end of the hammer shaft on this one.
