Pls can anyone advise that ways of gaining experience in Health and Safety role. New in the block and pursuing relevant Health and Safety qualifications. Thanks a lot

Nebosh General certificate covers all the basic then its down to experience in the spectrum your in.

shadowing is a good idea but U need to let people know where U are located and what your current experience is; also get to your local IOSH group meetings to mingle and meet people
