Hi all we use pool cars and have a pool car allocation form which is to be completed on pick up and drop off. This is straight forward when booking vehicles in/out of our main factory - poll cars driven by one person only. We also send engineers off to sites with a pool car for up to 4 weeks at a time, what I need to look at is introducing a form which can be used by multiple drivers. Does anyone use anything similar?
