Hi All, Hoping someone may be able to help. I find myself in need of a full version (preferably in pdf) of the MARPOL convention including annexes. My understanding is its in the public domain but I can't find it on the web, not in its full form anyway. Before I go to the trouble of purchasing it, can anyone confirm if its PD or does anyone have a copy they'd be willing to share? Thanks in advance Ian
