Not sure if this has been covered, sorry if it has My search ain't working again.

Employee gets some thing in his eye, goes to the hospital and returns to carry on his duties. His eye becomes bloodshot and he says that he will go to his local GP. He then has more than 3 days off work after the visit. I say reportable.

The people further up the food chain than I say not, as he returned to carry on his duties after the incident.

Reportable: Doesn't matter when time was lost - just has to be OVER 3 day.
