Can anyone reccomend a simple software solution for risk assessment, I am looking for a software were the guidewords can be populated (from the risk register) with their specific controls, of course these will be reviewed and updated regularly as the job, team and circumstances change. it is primarly for construction.
Appreciate feed back.

Can you take the HSE Five Steps and put them into an Excel spreadsheet? When the time for review comes simply copy the tab and make any changes. By keeping the old tab you can show evidence of review to any passing inspectors and quality folks. We use conditional formatting to show the outcome and whether the work can progress with or without additional mitigation.
