Whilst setting up a You Tube account at the weekend I spotted an animation creation add-on. Using a choice of three options you can craft your own animations. I played with the Go Animate version and create a quick internal staff message which you can view at the link below. It's not perfect and I would advise planning your dialogue and saving it into a Word document because it can get a bit lost when you try to go back to edit it. After 3-4 attempts I came up with the video link. It does require the viewer to have speakers, speech bubbles would have helped as the dialogue is quite robotic. Anyway it's free, accessible and, so far, I like it. Tell me what you think: http://www.youtube.com/user/horshamsafety Mods: I hope this is OK, I am not promoting a business and am not associated with You Tube or Go Animate

Check the link again as there are now three animations, two with Go Animate and one with Xtranormal. Both easy to set up if you are reasonably OK with a computer. I can see that they are going to make an interesting part of some training sessions. Once you have the idea then it is just a case of scripting into the web page. The second two took about 20 minutes each. http://www.youtube.com/user/horshamsafety
