I would be interested in your views on what safety campaigns or initiatives you use and if you think they are working for you.

Previously we have used ASA and some of the plant has gone through 5S (I know not just safety).

Cheers

Hi, not sure what you mean by ASA, obviously not the Advertising Standards Authority.

We tend to use poster campaigns supported by presentations at the all employee meetings, intranet pages and localised briefings. It tends to work for us. Sometimes a really 'amateur' poster can have a surprising effect. When we moved the assembly point I took a photo of the new location and pointed to it with a simple speech bubble. It got people talking about the poster and therefore the content.

Hi, When working in a glass bottle manufacturing plant we did several iniatives such as PPE dummies, H&S steering committees, take 5 slips, induction Hi viz changes, KPI card distribution/challenge, audit competitions.

If you are interested in hearing any detail on these let me know.
