I am currently working as a HSEQ Manager for a Facilities Management company. I have over 5 years experience in this role and over 15 years in enginering having served my apprenticeship as a Marine Engineer then worked as a Maintenance Engineer and Engineering Supervisor.

Construction Skill-Site Management Training Scheme
HND Engineering
Authorised Person-Boilers and Pressure Systems
Authorised Person-Permit to Work
C & G Role of Responsible Person-Legionella.

My current Role includes the following: -

Implement behavioral safety techniques to improve health and safety risk control by promoting behaviors critical to health and safety.
Ensure Company Compliance with HSE Legislation.
Ensure that all HSE policies and procedures are communicated, maintained and updated.
Conduct Environmental, Quality, Health and Safety Audits across the organisation.
Record, investigate and monitor all workplace accidents and incidents and make recommendations.
Identify training needs and manage the training budget
