Dear fellow members,

I need to build an arrangement for the discharging of duties for a Construction Phase Plan.

I'm a little stuck with where to start, once I'm pointed in the right direction I should be okay.

Surely the discharge of duties is as per the Regulations?

If the duty holders need to be told should they really be in the position?

Barney,

Appendix 3 of the Approved Code of Practice for the 2007 CDM Regulations should send you off in the right direction.

'Discharge' to whom exactly? And what "duties"? Preparation? Upkeep? Provision of Information for the H&S File?
