I am after some advice regarding bitumen asphalt and the REACH Regulations. A sub-contractor that we have approached to carryout asphalt works to public areas has quoted that it is "banned" under the REACH regs and that we should use a sprayed coating instead, yes the company in question can offer this service but I am unsure. I have searched on the web but cannot find a definitive answer, however I find a lot regarding what tempreture it can be heated to so that it does not fall outside of the regulations.

Regards
PR
