Hi All Does anyone have a Driving Risk assessment Template Please. I need a generic template I can use / ammend as required. Currently there is nothing in place within the company I work for and I feel it is something that is deparatley needed. Can you believe one of the guys own control measures is when His eyes get sticky thats when He pulls over and calls it a day any help would be most appreciated
