Hi John Although it may not be exactly what you're after, IOSH do a four day course entitled "Accident/loss investigation and evidence gathering" which the blurb says helps you to "gather evidence, interview witnesses and present your findings in a confident, legally sound way". It's not specifically claims management but may help you do deal with claims as a by product. I haven't done the course, but it is on my list of things to do... hope this helps Kwill

John - what kind of claims are you looking to deal with and how far down the procedure do you go? For instance, is it just initial investigation, quantum negotiations, litigation? redken - a lot of firms now carry large deductibles or self insure their risks where cover is not mandatory, for instance, third party property damage claims, cable strikes, vehicle damage claims and even some third party injury claims.
