For anyone with apprehensions about burning bushes, in the vein of today's Fridayish frivolity, it might be worth looking at the concurrent discussion "Please help settle an argument" in order to be certain whether such bushes demonstrate combustibility or flammability!

As for Wall's, Bob Lewis and Chris Burns are both correct. The firm was reportedly started by Richard Wall, a high class butcher in 18th Century London, and branched into making ice cream after acquisition by Unilever in the 1920s. Perhaps Walls of Jericho operated as a franchisee or licensee after sorting out how to do sub-zero refrigeration.
