Is there an easy way to search the 4 databases (prosecutions <5yrs and >5yrs, enforcement notices <5 and >5yrs) in one fell swoop? I always work from this page - http://www.hse.gov.uk/enforce/prosecutions.htm and then have to search down to defendants name. To go through all 4 databases means 20 separate screen clicks. Is there another page were I can just enter the search criteria once, and have it search all of the databases? Thanks

kdrum - that is one of the 4 databases - prosecutions up to 5 yrs old. If you follow the link I gave in the first post, you'll find links to 4 more databases. Prosecutions over 5 yrs Enforcement notices less than 5 yrs old. Enforcement notices over 5 yrs. Dangerous Goods notices. I have to search down into each of the databases. Just wondered if there was a link where you enter the data once and it goes hunting for you through all 4/5 databases?

Stevie, I don't think that there is, and I agree, it can be quite laborious at times.

Quite! Have just waded through all 4, it does take a while as you have to open each case seperately. Still, got the answer I was after. ...and there is no point in asking the HSE infoline - they'll just provide links to each of the databases!
