I am currently reviewing our treework risk management package for the organisation I work in. I would like to compare it to other treework risk management packages out in the field in particular the risk assessment process involved before hand. Our work caters from anything on the ground to be cut up and disposed of such as a branch right upto ariel work involving climbing, dismantling and MEWPS work, so it is quite varied. Our current process is a little onerous I think, hence the review. If anybody has anything they can share with me I'd be very grateful. It's good to see if other organisations are working along the same wavelength or have done something simple but effective. I'm by no means wanting to plagiarise anything just get the feeling of how others risk manage their treework.

Dont forget the suitable & sufficient area as in higher risk areas there is more of a chance that U may appear in court / have a claim made against U and poor paperwork will give U little defence My process is: Generic JSA to generic occupational MHSW RA. The generic MHSW RA leads U to all other Generic RA's [PPE etc] and WSSW, task talks etc. This gives U a great platform for specific JSA's, RA's etc. as they are needed Once U have your masters in place its easy thereafter the one problem is that quality takes time to set up and people generally want speed abet at the sacrifice of quality
