Hi, I have successfully completed a 5 days training program called OSHAS 18001 Lead Auditor; but as per the trainer once after the completion of the course have to undergo a 15 hour practical audit program and has to submit it to some approved agencies. How can I become a lead auditor??????????

U should have known about the practicable side before U took the course / at the beginning of the course noting that attending a course on its own cannot make a person competent. I feel for you as your course provider should have provided all U needed to know before U joined the course You may have to undertake 'free' audits for various companies to demonstrate your skills to an approved body Best of luck

Perhaps he was referring to yourself gaining IRCA accreditation.
