Hello, I am trying to get the latest version of the following SI's. All of the Government websites I can find seem to be listing them as archived copies of the original legislation. Have they been updated/amended does anyone know please? Else can anyone give me an idea where the current version is located? Many thanks STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 1994 No. 1768 The Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994 1994 No. 3260 The Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 1989 No. 728 The Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1989

rocky, Thank you. That was one of the sites I tried, just tried again and it warns that the version may not be the current/latest that it is the original as made. It is any revisions changes or updates I am trying to track down!

I don't know if you have access to the barbour index or another one of its competitors, they update all the laws and regulations to the most current version regularly. Also, I think that if you are a member of IOSH you can access it for free I believe. If you cant find the information you are looking for you can email the staff of these companies and they will track it down for you. Other than that I think it'll be a bit of a slog tracking these regs down.

Hi Paul, Not sure if this is of interest to you. The Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1989 S.I. 1989/728 have been revoked. PRODUCTS AFFECTED BY THE REGULATIONS ... http://www.bis.gov.uk/files/file38623.pdf Cheers

Paul Why do you need to know the most absolutely upto date version? Although the http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ site has a disclaimer on it for all practical purposes it is the most upto date version. H&S updates age only published in April and October and are usually well publicised on the HSE site. The legislators are not trying to trip you up and sneak in some law behind your back.

OPSI web site was replaced as part of Government improvement, it is now as noted in post number 2 and not so good IMHO.
