Hi , can anyone tell me if there is a register for approved manufacturers who are allowed to CE mark their products?

Any manufacturer can CE mark their own product unless it falls into Annexe 4 in which case you need a "Notified Body" to ratify.

I would imagine from this post that you have concerns over the quality of a product or supplier, may be worth in addition to see if they are 9001 accredited.

Yes I have concerns,company involved doesn't have iso 9001.The kit they have supplied is poor quality but is ce-marked,
