Moving on, it did occur to me that these people using the stairs or whatever unsafely, possibly white collar workers, could be the very same people who manage other staff and supervisors. Not exactly leading by example? However, I would not be at all surprised as in my experience the worst offenders of health and safety are those in a managerial grade. Just a thought.
