I am after a Shift work fatigue awareness video/dvd etc to use as a training aid for my managers.

can anybody help?

we work in the railway industry so similar related may be helpful.

There's a helpful article in September THSP, pp38-40. Not the video you wanted, but some excellent analysis of bad and good practices, including management involvement in monitoring relevant KPIs.
