Hi All,

One of our operations invloves ground penetrating radar surveys on public footpaths and roads. In my opinion, where signage etc. is required to carry out the works then a NRSWA qualified operative should be within the team. It is my view that the NRSWA qualification woul only need to cover signing, lighting and guarding as no breaking of ground takes place.

For clarity "penetrating" relates to the radar.

Opinions, confirmation or otherwise appreciated
