Can anyone help me on how to develop a COSHH register. I am working in a construction company and we have a lot material that needs COSHH assessment. I have formulated the COSHH assessment but i do not know what to include in the COSHH register.. If anyone can help me with this really soon I would really appreciate it.

The Ministry of Defence are a professional bunch and have kindly put their Health and Safety Handbook on line. You could do a lot worse than use their COSSH register as a template. I guess you couldn't decide what Group to select then, Nivetida? ;-)
Please bear in mind that it isn't the product you assess, rather the tasks and activities which use it AND, just as important, the tasks and activitites which give rise to hazardous substances. Dusts and Welding Fume being a couple of obvious examples.
Often, your greatest issues aren't on the shelves in the storeroom.
