Any one got the title of a fire safety in catering DVD? Preferably one that was produced in the UK.

Not sure about DVD's but these documents should be incorporated into your risk assessments and staff training. 2006 - The Association of British Insurers (in conjunction with BSRIA and InFiReS) published a guide, Recommendations for Fire Risk Assessment of Catering Extract Ventilation, ISBN1902790421. Fire risk assessment completed and client has suitable arrangements for cleaning of extraction and ducting systems. Just looking for a suitable training DVD.

Hi, I don't have personal knowledge of any such DVD but a number of them are listed on Google ; Fire Safety DVD Training.
