Hello
I'm looking to compile a Hot Work Permit that can be completed by the workshop employees. We only weld very very rarely and it is just a sheet that I would like to compile to align with procedures.
Has anyone got a simple good template.

I assume you are looking for something that a supervisor/HS officer will be controlling???
As Ron asked what are you trying to control?
Regardless of how much hot work you will be doing it will need to be a competent person controlling the issue of permits.
PTW can be as simple or complex as you like but remember they can turn into a legal document in the event of an accident!!

Your property / liability insurers may well have one that can be downloaded or provided FOC. Speak to your insurance brokers.

Thanks for the info supplied. I do have an original format that I use which has all the usual controls etc but I was just interested in seeing another version. Thanks again
