Hi, Can anyone point me in the right direction to get some info on recent (since 07) case law and prosecutions, specifically under the new CDM regs? Struggling to find any, at the moment! Thanks, Lauren

Lauren www.hse.gov.uk/prosecutions - then search by "breaches" rather than default "cases".
