It has been announced that an arrest has been made following the death of four coal miners in Wales. This cannot be discussed to widely as it is sub judice, but it shows that after all the hype this tragedy has provocked the powers that be continue to do thier work by fully investigating until a conclusion is reached. We can but watch this space I believe.

Bob, according to the Beeb, a man has been arrested 'on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter' and not corporate manslaughter. I suggest it is far too early for any charges to be brought by the CPS. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-15352222
