Good Morning, Thoughts please on HSE cost recovery and pricing structure and the affect it will have on business. Do people think that the cost of recovery is to high with a blended charge of 133 pounds for enforcement action, best estimates anticipate a letter of advice costing 750 pounds and a Prohibition notice 1500 pounds. There are thoughts unscrupulous inspectors could actually go all out to take enforcement action because of the pricing structure. Views welcome

I am sure it will. I only posted to help explain why you may not get many responses to this latest post. I did try to send you a private mail but your inbox is full so it rejects any incoming apparently. At least that is the message I get here. My opinion on this matter is clearly outlined in the topic I referenced. I don't share the commonly expressed concerns about this proposal., p48
